Toyota's tacoma double cab features a highly optimized interior cabin through almost zero wasted space. This makes adding a serious subwoofer a major challenge, but not one that our design team could not overcome.
Benefiting from the small box prowess and shallow mounting depth of our innovative, TW3-series thin line driver, we engineered a subwoofer solution that fits snugly behind the rear seat. Featuring a rugged, Custom-molded, sealed Enclosure design, this Stealthbox model houses a 10" TW3-Series subwoofer. The results are stunning: real, deep subwoofer bass and totally undisturbed interior comfort and utility.
The hard data: contains one 10TW3-D4 subwoofer in a sealed Enclosure; 400 W power handling; wired for 2 ohms mono. Installs in storage pocket behind the passenger side rear seat. Black steel mesh woofer grille is included. Requires relocation of factory amplifier and removal of factory "subwoofer," if so equipped. For models equipped through a factory subwoofer, you must purchase a plain (without subwoofer) passenger side rear cargo trim panel from Toyota parts.
