JBL / Selenium 8W16P-16: 8" Speaker Woofer

The JBL / Selenium 8W16P-16 is a professional 8" Woofer through an impedance of 16 ohms and is designed for medium bass playback.  The Woofer is capable of supporting 500 W and has excellent frequency response.  The 8W16P-16 is designed for sound reinforcement in nightclubs, clubs, lounges, auditoriums, bands and even for studio monitors.  The die cast aluminum housing is lightweight and highly rigid.  The light cone manufactured through long fiber pulp together through a surround of impregnated fabric give the array great stability, high yield and low distortion.  The voice coil is composed of an aluminum wire that is resistant to high temperatures.  The 8W16P-16 is a robust Speaker through high quality performance.
