Alpine ILX-407: 7" Shallow-Chassis Multimedia Receiver

Features like apple CarPlay, android auto, and built in Bluetooth hands free calling through audio streaming allows access to music, messages, phone calls, and maps on a smartphone via USB.  These features are also controlled through touch or voice commands through the included external microphone.  Measuring at only 2.4" deep, the ILX-407 can fit into vehicles that don't have a lot of space behind the dashboard.  The Shallow-Chassis is optimized to mount to the KTA-450 and 200M power pack amplifier (sold separately).

The ILX-407 is Powerstack capable and designed to be a simple, sound system builder for those who are new to aftermarket car audio.  The ILX-407, paired alongside the KTA-200M mono power pack amplifier, provides an easy way to add amplification for a subwoofer to a factory sound system, like the S-SB10V 10" Alpine halo S-series preloaded subwoofer enclosure.

Through a power range of 250 W - 600 W RMS, the S-SB10V can produce clean, powerful bass when driven from the ILX-407 and 200 W KTA-200M Powerstack thanks to the KTA-200M's dynamic peak power, which effectively produces 400 W during power hungry music passages.  A rear USB port allows you to listen to your music via smartphone or USB.  Built in HD radio and Sirius XM (tuner and subscription required) give you all the entertainment options you need.

2 RCA camera inputs are included for rear, side, or front cameras (sold separately).  When in use, the rear camera overlays guidelines onto the screen for ease when moving in reverse. Additional cameras can be added through the KCX-C2600B universal front and rear camera selector (sold separately).  Get the most from your music by using the 5 bands parametric equalizer and 6 channel time correction tool to customize the sound the way you want it.  If you're looking for more power, add additional amplifiers using the 3 sets of true 4 V preamp outputs through subwoofer level control on the 3rd set.  Use the capacitive touchscreen to move an icon using drag and drop motions through your finger.  Through over 22 available widgets, you can prioritize your 3 home screens so you can quickly find the apps you want.  Add a customizable wallpaper from your photos through a thumb drive.  An HDMI input is available to connect a CD / DVD player for an all digital audio and video connection through a single cable.  The ILX-407 is compatible alongside the IDatalink maestro module (sold separately) so select OEM features are retained and vehicle information is displayed on the 7" screen.
