Using trickle down engineering and design from the ultra High-Resolution Alpine F1 Status-Series System, the full Alpine Status-Series Speaker line is made from the same carbon composite material to create a unified timbre identity during playback and features Alpine's proprietary double gathered edge type surrounds for music reproduction that's accurate to the original source.
Custom developed for High-Resolution playback, the Alpine Status-Series Speaker line has an ultra wide audio bandwidth of 55 hz - 40 kHz which is perfectly suited for accurate reproduction of even the Highest quality of studio recordings.
The Alpine Status-Series Speaker line features 2-Fitments for flexible installation options including a custom and factory-Fit model for applications and models that were intentionally designed to-Fit into most factory Speaker holes without custom work.
The HDZ-653S is a factory-Fit model that includes a 6.5" mid bass driver, 3.5" mid range driver, and 1" Slim-Fit High-range driver.
The Alpine Status-Series System is sold separately and can be used to build a custom sound System.
For best results, install the complete Alpine Status-Series System together as a full System to achieve the highest in class audio performance only 2nd to the ultra High-Resolution Alpine F1 System.
